I am passionate about all things UX and relish the opportunity to turn complex business needs, and technical constraints, into simple and intuitive user experiences.
I created my first interactive training programme, on 12” laserdisc, back in the early 90’s for Seminole Kraft in Jacksonville, Florida.

Since then, I’ve worked with many of the UK’s top design consultancies and research agencies, transforming the digital presence of nearly 100 public and private sector clients around the world.

I didn’t so much ‘get into UX’…
UX was always in me!
I remember, being about 12 or 13, and struggling to build a model boat that I had saved a long time for. All the parts were there, but the instructions were as clear as mud!
I eventually completed the model and immediately set about rewriting the instructions (in my very best handwriting) and sent them back to the manufacturer.

I never knew whether they reached the right person, or were even taken onboard, but I had inadvertently started on my career path at a very early age.
